Simple Track—A Mental Health Journal

Right now everyone in the world is in quarantine, and one thing that I know lots of people are worried about is a possible decline in mental health while being in isolation. Thankfully, I came across Simple Track. Simple Track is a mental health journal that helps you track your mental health day by day.

Simple Track was started by 24 year old, Erika Westfall. She created the journal so people could have an accessible way to keep up with their mental state. She came up with the idea for her product when she came across a live stream and someone explaining how they wished they had a “depression journal.” The person then explained how regular everyday journaling didn’t suffice and she needed something different, and Erika agreed with her though. And that's how Simple Track came to life.

Erika explained that she also suffers from mental health issues and wanted to create a tangible product for people that would help. The best part about this mindfulness journal is that she isn’t trying to reach a specific demographic, this journal is accessible to everyone, no matter your age or gender.

The biggest take away from Simple Track is the ability to keep up with your well being and better understand what your day to day looks like. The journal comes with five months of fillable content that you need to constantly check in with yourself.

By buying the Simple Track Journal, you’re not only supporting a woman owned business, but you’re supporting yourself, your mental health and your well being.
